Emmanuel Benyeogor is one of the pioneer graduates of the Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program at Nagasaki University’s Interfaculty Initiative in Planetary Health. He will serve as a panelist in the National Association for Doctor of Public Health (NADrPH) Career Series Q1 2026, Part 3: Life After the DrPH: Careers, Leadership, and What Comes Next.
During this session, Emmanuel will share insights from his professional journey following the completion of his DrPH, including translating doctoral training into leadership roles across global health security, planetary health, and health systems strengthening. Drawing on his experience as a Global Outreach and Impact Fellow at the Planetary Health Alliance and as a consultant supporting international public health initiatives, he will discuss career pathways, leadership development, and how DrPH training can be leveraged to drive systems-level impact beyond academia.
The NADrPH Career Series brings together DrPH graduates, students, and practitioners to offer candid reflections on professional growth, leadership, and the evolving role of the DrPH in addressing complex public health challenges.
